Government
Empress : The high power, being able to override any lower ranks in the government, but also can be overthrown by any of them if they feel a reasonable need to do so, which was made possible soon after Rosaria came into power. The Empress also holds the highest rank in the military, having full control. It is somewhat like a dictatorship, as in many ways, you cannot override or overthrow the Empress, and she has all wielding power in the empire.
Governors : Governors control sectors of planets, and on the home planet, the sectors are drawn by previous nations that submitted to the empire once it became millennia ahead in technology, mostly so that there would be no major confrontation and culture mixing, though some are mixed of similar, close, small nations. Governors are locally elected by the civilians.
Mayors : Just like the Governors, except they control cities, not nations. Again, they are locally elected by the citizens of the city.
Presidents : New since the colonization of other planets, presidents control entire planets, and they go for the control of the sectors, which are won by the votes of the citizens towards them.
High Council : A council of former and current military leaders and politicians make up this council, which controls the budget of the empire, micromanagement of governors and mayors, and are like a second Empress, except they can be overridden if needed. There is no limit to the members, and to be allowed in, a 75% or higher vote is required to be allowed in.
High Court : A court made up similarly the same structure of the High Council, though you cannot be in both at the same time. The Empress is part of this court, and again, there is no limit, and you must be appointed by the Empress to be allowed in. The Court is purposed to deal with high-case trials, to be the jury of people such as terrorists, high-profile criminals, and any extreme cases.

Culture
The culture of the empire is heavily influenced by the drow, who once ruled the land when its first emperor came around, and then again once again after the Syvilians reached the space age.
Religion : Edavism is the religion of the drows. It is a pantheon, meaning there are multiple gods and goddesses. The main Deity is Edona, with Ed meaning plant/nature, and ona being mother. The religion is told that Edona created all life, and though recent advancements in science has proved it wrong, it has molded into society, and many do not abandon it. The names of the deities are mostly combinations of the drow language, though a few have different, unique names.
Marriage : In Syvilian culture, it is not uncommon for a person to have more than one husband/wife or three-way or more marriages. Also, relations, including any sexual ones are often seen in the empire. Marriage also has a few traditions, mostly relating to the moon, It is almost always to be held under the moonlight, and preferably under a full moon. The same is also applied to child birth, in which it is suggested to time it to be a full moon.
War : The Syvilians are neutral about war, they are completely passive, but it they make the first move, they will have no problem, but if they are attacked first, then they can become as fierce as a nation triple their size, and an industrial powerhouse would be made to defend themselves for a short time before allies arrive, which had been their strategy for hundreds of years.
Arts : The art of the Syvilian are their monuments, structures, and architecture. While they do have their great works of writing, paintings, and music, the main focus are their ancient buildings and monuments that are the attraction of art.
Industry : On the outside, the empire may not seem that big on industry, but with all of the trading that they do, and their rapid jump to the space age, they became a quick powerhouse of an industry, with a large production capacity compared to other nations of the same size. Syvilian people also do not retire until they are physically or mentally incapable to work.
Other : Syvilians are very open about anything sexual, with it being so molded into their daily lives, minor foreplay can often times be seen in public. Not to mention strip clubs, brothels, and other alike places are large business in the empire.
