This Thread is for RP between the Caledonian Empire, and their nominal allies, the Elementia Primacy. The main focus is the continued talks between them as they attempt to iron out the issues between them.

Brennus sighed wearily, as it had been several long weeks since discussions with the Elementia representatives had recommenced. They were currently hammering out a trade treaty, but it was proving difficult, since neither knew exactly what the other side had to offer. He was hoping that Project Arachnid would prove a success, as he was sure that the silk from that project would be a prime trade resource, since even the Elementia would likely want a material that was durable, easy to keep clean, and even stain and bacteria resistant for their own clothing.

The ether of space roared to life just beyond the Caledonian ship as a wormhole gapes open revealing on the other side the majestic mountain of Isro. It is a tremendous free floating structure larger than an orbital moon and I the king cared to look upon its divine splendor he'd see an array of war magitech ships preparing for battle, plus Archons of all station zooming around the tremendous structures prime capital; however, within a matter of seconds the view is cut off by an enormous vessel. The pride of Mount Isro and all Isronians the command flag ship Alaquin, which was literally half the size of Rhode Island and in tow a security detail of two large Sentinels much like those of Elementia some several Galaxies away, but in truth the designs were based heavily off such however made from Oiadium. Their prowess radiating off them heavily, ionizing the very air around them and they hold their holy plasma gatling-railcannons at ready just in case. The wormhole would close immediately behind the vessel as the Oiadium suctions said energy back into its metal haul of Alaquin. Loonstro sat upon his thrown within the confines of his ship and flicked a switch and speaks into the intercom that echoes his voice over the command deck, "Raise communications with my friend and tell him to please excuse our detail it is to no offense to him, but we may be on the verge of conflict with Elementia for the Oiad Sphere is in danger because of such and connect him directly to my chamber."
The Archon nods and salutes with a click of his heals speaking into the monitor saying, "As you command my King it shall be done." Punching in a few keys alphabetized in celestial symbols, attempting to gain contact with the Caledonian ship saying,"Good Afternoon your majesty this is command ship Alaquin of King Loonstro's fleet. His majesty ask for you to overlook our detail we are on the verge of war with the Elementians and it is only a precaution. May I transfer you to our King?"

Brennus smiled as communications were established and he saw Loonstro "Ah, Loonstro my friend, how has things been?" as he smiled. He was not in the least bit perturbed by the warships and such he saw, after all, he and Loonstro, and their respective peoples were on friendly terms, and both had benefited greatly from the initial trade agreements. While the Caledonian ships were not as large, they were just as effective in their own way, and thanks to their smaller profiles, they had higher speed and agility.

If Loonstro possessed the ability to smile he would beneath the veil of his crowned helm and lofting a hand in a friendly gesture the Angel King replies, "Unfortunately we Isronian might be going to war with the Elementians, because they are attempting to threaten the sanctity of the Oiad Sphere by trying to kidnap my mortal child and use him as ransom. Fortunately he is proving himself difficult to capture thanks to his resourcefulness. I hear you yourself are having some minor issues as well." Reaching for a neighboring wine glass he tilts his helmet some to pour the Caledonian wine down his gullet, gulping it down after a few swishes he straightens to eye the monitor. His stare was innately cold and devoid of emotion, but his words spoke of his nature, "What is the first topic you desire to agree upon or disagree which ever occurs? To be honest I find this formality of ship to ship irritating amongst friends rather than face to face."

Brennus chuckled "Indeed, though it is necessary, as neither of us has the time to actually meet face to face as we should, and there was a war with the Intai'sei, which is now over, and their now a protectorate of ours, and we're focusing on rebuilding their infrastructure and economy, a monumental task to be sure" as he smiled. He then looked back at Loonstro "Ah, I just wanted to see if you had need of spider silk, we're in the process of developing a new breed of spider that is non-aggressive, but produces great quantities of high quality silk, and was wondering if you would like some for trade, spider silk is quite useful in clothing, battle armor, and the medical field" as he smiled.<E>

Lofting a pale brow Loonstro replies, "You're creating a new spider? What interesting hobbies you have... None among you arachnophobic I hope..." He possessed a sort of crude humor, which the jest was meant as a joke, but the Angel King verily laughs; however, he follows up with a prompt reply, "Indeed it does sound interesting and I'd be happy to return the proposal with my own." Reaching aloft off screen Loonstro gathers in his hand what looks to be grey sand, showing the handful to the Emperor he says, "A useful substance called magi-dust, which is a substance that is capable of taking simplistic forms should soul be great on the field if your men need survival equipment, assuming they would lose the ladder in a hostile situation or every day life. It is controlled on willpower..." Without saying a word the magi-dust in his hand assembles itself into a broadsword, which he manages to stab into the floor with relative ease. He continues, "It is a micro-metallic material as strong as vibranium when solidified and can be made into almost any non-animate object by a simple thought so long as you touch it. Sending synopsis messages to the intelligent metal through flesh to grind. Also I had something of an event in mind to help raise fund for your operation. A tournament of sorts."

Brennus watched the small display "Hmmm, from the looks of it, your using a rather rare material to do that, so if we did trade for it, we would have to reserve it for elite warriors, such as highly skilled fighters in the Imperial Guard and Navy, but mostly for the Tibyn Arytissi, who I believe would be able to use it to its full potential" as he considered. He then looked back to Loonstro "A tournament? What sort of tournament?" his interest immediately captured, since it had been a long time since the last major tournament in the Arena of the Blade.
